There are no refunds on E-Book purchases. Print on Demand refund will ONLY apply to books damaged on delivery. You are required to show proof of purchase, reason for return, and picture of the damaged product. Please upload and send required information via email to 369energyandexploration@gmail.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
